Our ski terrain is situated in North-East Turkey, near the Black Sea. The main summit reaches more than 3’900 meters of altitude.
The shape of the terrain is ideal for skiing: wide and long regular slopes, with various steepness and orientations. We have become specialists of this region: from the beginning of January to the beginning of April, we ski there as part of the Turkey Heliski operation. The quality of the snow, the stability of the snowpack and the beauty of the landscapes will not leave you indifferent!
You can choose between three packages: ski touring in Ayder, heli touring in Ayder and ski touring in Ovit.
From our base in Ayder: 7 days of ski touring in the valleys above the village. Palakçur, Ceykmakçur, Kavron, Avuzor: exotic names for fantastic skiing!
A snowcat that can carry skiers will be at our disposal. It will take us to the top of the valleys to start our hikes.
A helicopter will be available on request to take us further into the mountains to start the day… or to bring us back to the base at the end of our day.

A helicopter drops us in the mountains and can picks us up at the end of the day. In the meantime: a full day to ski tour in the Kaçkar mountains. An excellent option for those who want to enter quickly into the great valleys and mountains of the massif near Ayder.
*with this amount of flight time, you can be droped off more or less five times during the week.

In the eastern part of the Kaçkar range there is a large pass, crossed in summer by a road, but wild and isolated in winter. A hotel of standing will welcome us for a few days of wild skiing, cut off from the world.

Our ski base is situated in Ayder, a small mountain town located in the heart of the Kaçkar mountains at 1’100 meters above see level. It’s a 45 minutes drive from Rize airport
We stay at the Hasimoglu Hotel***. This 70-room hotel was completely renovated in 2016. . It is a small, family-run mountain resort hotel with a cozy feel and friendly staff. At your disposal: a wellness area (with sauna, turkish bath and jacuzzi), massage rooms, a lounge-bar, a locker room with drying facilities for your ski equipment, a workshop so that we can take care of your skis,…
Located at 2650 meters above see level, the Ovit pass is a huge plain from which rise, in the north as in the south, magnificent snowy slopes.
In the center of this plain, isolated in this white immensity: the Ovit Butik Otel an refined decoration, neat rooms and an refined food await you in this luxury base camp!
They all come from different alpine countries. They spend the majority of the season heliskiing in Turkey or skitouring around the word. Some of them are also professional helicopter pilots, renowned Himalayan specialists or part of professional rescue teams.

For a lift or a rescue, our pilots and mechanics will be at your service. They are all professionals who work all year round in the mountains for various transport or rescue operations. Among them, some pilots are also mountain guides. Our ``flight partner`` Air Zermatt is in charge of this highly qualified team.
Thanks to the helicopters we have at our disposal in Ayder, we are autonomous from the accident site to the hospital. Our mountain guides work as a team to offer you the best possible safety. All our guides work on snow all around the globe and almost year round. We use our own Powman risk management software, which allows us to structure our estimates and reports on the stability of the snowpack. The rescue equipment and procedures have been set up by professional guides/rescuers who are part of our staff.
